If you can share with me the juniper routers you are using would be easier as I currently dont have any. And yes I would be happy to create a tutorial.Let me know if you can provide me with the juniper routers (OS) you are using so I can download them and start the tutorial.

download j-web software

I have figured it out by pure fluke. The correct package that will intall j-web on the current JTAC reccomended release of JunOS 15.1R5.5 is actually jweb-ex-app-15.1A3-signed.tgz and not jweb-15.1R5.5-signed.tgz which is linked from the download page !

I downloaded the jweb-15.1R4.6-signed.tgz and attempted to install it, but I still have the issue of low free space. I also tried cleaning up the storage, but it didn't free up enough space. Any suggestions?

I have tried different versions of the Junos software, and three different USB drives. All fail with the same symptoms. I seem to be able to read files from a USB drive and install Junos versions from an USB drive. I'm guessing that I might have a bad USB port at this stage. For now I have reverted to Junos 12.3 as it has a fully featured JWeb interface on install.

A standalone download of ImageJ2 is not yet available, due to how the core ImageJ update sites are currently structured. The ImageJ2 team is working hard to change this, but in the meantime, please use the Fiji distribution of ImageJ, which is built on ImageJ2 and bundles many additional useful plugins.

To download any of the following zip files, click the right mouse on the "Download" link and select "Save target as" in the pop-up menu. The corresponding zip file will be saved on your computer in the directory you choose. Go to that directory in a windows explorer. Locate the zip file and unzip it. You will get a file with the same name, with .zip in the file name replaced by .exe. Run the executable by double-clicking on it. The corresponding installation should start in a few seconds. Read the instructions and follow them. The first screen may give a security warning about an unknown publisher. If you give permission to the installer executable to run by clicking "Run", the installation will proceed.

Note: The full version of 8.0 has many more ephemeris files than the full version of 7.66. The "update" does not automatically install all those files. If you want the full range (12899 BC-16900 AD), you should download the full version and install it.

Note: The zip files do not have any problem with them. Many people have successfully downloaded and installed the software. If you are unable to unzip them after downloading them or unable to install, it means that your download did not succeed for some reason. Keep trying until you succeed. We cannot help you with this and there is no use in sending us an email.

We do not distribute or sell the software in CDs. You have to download the software from the internet. You may also try to find someone who has already downloaded it and get them to make a CD for you.

The PGP signatures can be verified using PGP or GPG. First download theKEYS as well as the asc signature file for the relevant distribution.Make sure you get these files from the main distribution directory, ratherthan from a mirror. Then verify the signatures using

DnaSP, DNA Sequence Polymorphism, is a software package for the analysis of DNA polymorphisms using data from a single locus (a multiple sequence aligned -MSA data), or from several loci (a Multiple-MSA data, such as formats generated by some assembler RAD-seq software).DnaSP can estimate several measures of DNA sequence variation within and between populations in noncoding, synonymous or nonsynonymous sites, or in various sorts of codon positions), as well as linkage disequilibrium, recombination, gene flow and gene conversion parameters. Moreover, DnaSP can conduct a number of neutrality tests, such as (among other), the Hudson, Kreitman and Aguadé (1987), Tajima (1989), McDonald and Kreitman (1991), Fu and Li (1993), and Fu (1997), Ramos-Onsins and Rozas (2002), Achaz (2009) tests, and compute their confidence intervals by the coalescent. The results of the analyses are displayed on tabular and graphic form.Input Data Files:A single MSA (one genomic region) in a number of file formats such as FASTA, NEXUS, MEGA, NBRF, PHYLIP, etc. [from version 1]A single MSA storing DNA sequence information (haplotype) along with their frequency, in ARP format (Excoffier and Lischer 2010) [version 6 and newer]A multi-MSA File in *.alleles, *.loci and *.fa file formats (generated by PyRAD and STACKS softwares; -Eaton et al. 2014; Catchen et al. 2013), as well as VCF formats (Danecek et al. 2011) [version 6 and newer]

Users are encouraged to read the documents that are provided in the 'doc' directory of this software distribution, including the 'Release.chm' file. The recommended method of installing ModelMuse is with the installer. However, if there is difficulty in using the installer, ModelMuse can be installed by unzipping the zip file. The installer associates the extensions .gpt, .gpb and .mmZLib with ModelMuse. If the zip file is used instead of the installer, the user may wish to make those associations manually.
